As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Oregon LMFT #T1625
California LMFT #93412), I began my clinical work at the Center for Individual and Family Counseling, where I gained valuable experience addressing issues ranging from anxiety and mood disorders to parenting, couple’s counseling, and codependency / addiction. Before establishing my private practice, I also worked as a school-based mental health counselor, offering counseling to middle school students in low-income communities.
I see therapy as a process in which clients do best when they set the pace for healing that works for them. I help clients explore and resolve ambivalence around certain behaviors and relationships, clarify their personal values, and strengthen their integrity.
